Experience. Integrity. Know-how.  | William R. ("Bill") Cortez, President/CEO, is CorTrans Logistics' founder and visionary. Mr. Cortez was born in Laredo, Texas, and is a graduate of St. Mary's University where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree. Previous to starting CorTrans in 1999, Bill worked for two separate air freight companies compiling a combined 40 years of experience and expertise in the transportation industry. As a successful entrepreneur, Mr. Cortez has achieved recognition and respect in the transportation industry as well as in his community.
Bill sits on the National Defense Transportation Association's Board of Governors and was NDTA's Corporate Award Recipient for 2003. He also sits on the advisory board for The Catholic Foundation of North Georgia and the Robert D. Fowler YMCA. Bill is also an active member of the Honor guard of the Knights of Columbus. |
